摘要
某方解石型萤石矿CaF_(2)含量为36.73%、CaCO_(3)含量为14.34%,主要有用矿物为萤石,主要脉石矿物为石英、方解石、高岭石及长石。为了高效回收萤石进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%,以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、BK410为捕收剂,采用1粗8精1扫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程,最终得到CaF_(2)品位为90.32%、回收率为77.11%的萤石精矿。该工艺流程结构简单合理,浮选指标较理想。
The content of CaF_(2)and CaCO_(3)are 36.73%and 14.34%,respectively in a calcite-type fluorite ore.The valuable minerals are fluorite,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,calcite,kaolinite and feldspar.The flotation test study was carried out for efficient recovery of fluorite.The results showed that when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 70%with sodium carbonate as adjustment agent,water glass as inhibitor and BK410 as collector,the fluorite concentrate with CaF_(2)grade of 90.32%and CaF_(2)recovery rate of 77.11%could be obtained through the closed-circuit flotation of one roughing,eight cleaning,one scavenging and middling return in sequence.The process flow structure is simple and reasonable,and the flotation index is ideal.
