摘要
为了有效评价石墨抗热震性能优劣,采用工程计算、有限元分析相结合的方法对石墨抗热震性能表达式进行了完善,识别材料性能中对抗热震因子敏感的参数,对不同批次石墨制品的抗热震性能进行综合评价,与发动机试车结果对比验证,为后续特种石墨研制提供参考依据。
In order to effectively evaluate the thermal shock resistance of graphite,expression of graphite thermal shock resistance is refined by combining engineering calculation and finite element analysis.The parameters sensitive to thermal shock factors in material properties were identified and used to evaluate the thermal shock resistance performance of different graphite products.And then the evaluation were verified by the engine test results to provide a reference basis for the development of special graphite.
