供应链协同对企业创新绩效的影响:战略柔性的中介作用与环境扫描的调节效应

Influence of Supply Chain Collaboration on Enterprise Innovation Performance:The Mediating Effect of Strategic Flexibility and Moderating Role of Environmental Scanning

基于制造企业的大样本调查数据,实证研究了供应链协同对企业创新绩效的影响,并分析了战略柔性的中介作用与环境扫描的调节效应。研究结果表明:供应链协同对创新绩效和战略柔性均具有正向影响;战略柔性在供应链协同与创新绩效的相互关系中起中介作用;环境扫描能正向调节供应链协同与创新绩效之间的关系,而且环境扫描的调节效应是通过战略柔性的中介作用实现的,即环境扫描在供应链协同与创新绩效之间发挥了有中介的调节效应。研究结果不仅丰富了供应链协同和创新绩效之间关系的理论成果,同时对我国制造企业提高供应链管理水平、实现高质量发展具有重要的现实指导意义。

Facing an increasingly complex and dynamic market with fierce competition,enterprises are paying more attention to the important role of collaboration in innovation development.How to effectively improve the innovation performance(IP)of enterprises through supply chain collaboration(SCC)is not only an important practical challenge for enterprises to realize highquality development,but also an academic issue discussed among Chinese scholars.Based on the existing research,this study further analyzes the specific effect mechanism of SCC on IP from a combination of theory and empirical evidence.This will not only enrich the theoretical results of the synergy between SCC and IP,but also have important practical significance to improve the supply chain management and promote high-quality development for Chinese manufacturing enterprises.This study incorporates SCC,strategic flexibility(SF),environmental scanning(ES)and IP in the same research framework,puts forward theoretical hypotheses,and constructs conceptual models.Based on the questionnaire conducted among 325 employees from manufacturing companies in the eastern region of China,this study adopted SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software to test the descriptive statistics analysis and reliability-validity test of the sample data and utilized path analysis to test the main effects and mediating impacts,as well as hierarchical regression method to test the moderating effect.The results show that SCC has a positive impact on IP and SF,and SF plays a mediating effect between SCC and IP.Moreover,ES positively moderate the relationship between SCC and SF,and the moderating effect of IP is realized through the mediation of SF,that is,ES plays a mediated moderating role on the relationship between SCC and IP.In addition,this study also adopted the Process plug-in to analyze the robustness of the data,which verified the reliability and robustness of the above results.This study enriches and expands the theoretical results of the relationship between SCC and IP from the following aspects.First of all,it further analyzes the specific mechanism of the effect of SCC on IP and broadens the research ideas in the field of SCC and IP.The second,this study introduces SF into the research model of SCC and IP,which provides a new perspective to illuminate the effect of SCC on IP.Moreover,it explores the impact of different levels of ES on IP,which provides an important theoretical foundation for subsequent research.The study results are helpful for Chinese enterprises to improve IP.Firstly,enterprises should not ignore the important role of collaboration in supply chain management,and should not only pay attention to the production process,but also pay attention to information feedback from suppliers and customers at regular and fixed points.Secondly,enterprises can consider setting up independent market and strategy analysis institutions,while improving employees'responsiveness and execution of enterprise strategies,then to gain insight into innovation opportunities and stimulate innovation capabilities.Finally,enterprise managers should invest more energy and resources in understanding the environment,and to provide usable knowledge for innovation.
