河北省马铃薯产业发展趋势与对策建议

Development Trend and Countermeasures of Potato Industry in Hebei Province

马铃薯具有高产、耐寒耐旱、耐贫瘠等特点,种植收益较高,在保障粮食安全和助力攻坚脱贫方面发挥重要作用。从产业规模、区域布局及主栽品种、种植收益、技术创新、产品加工5个方面分析河北省马铃薯产业发展概况,发现在播种面积较为稳定的情况下,2017年马铃薯单产大幅提升,种植收益呈上升趋势。但是,也存在组织化规模化水平有待提高;产业链不完善,缺乏深加工;生产成本较高,科技投入不足的问题。针对马铃薯产业发展现状,提出通过鼓励农户加入合作社,推进规模化经营;延伸产业链条,推进马铃薯深加工;加大科技投入,降低薯农生产成本等相应对策建议。

Potatoes have the characteristics of high yield,tolerance to cold and drought,and tolerance to poor soils.They have high planting benefits and play an important role in ensuring food security and helping to overcome poverty.This research analyzed the development of the potato industry in Hebei Province from five aspects,i.e.industrial scale,regional distribution and main varieties,planting income,technological innovation,and product processing.It was found that under the condition of stable planting area,the yield per unit of potato increased significantly in 2017,and the planting income showed an upward trend.However,there are also some problems that the level of organization and scale needs to be improved;the industrial chain is not perfect,and there is a lack of deep processing;and the production cost is high,and the investment in science and technology is insufficient.In view of the current development status of the potato industry,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,i.e.encourage farmers to join cooperatives to promote large-scale operations;extend the industrial chain and promote deep processing of potatoes;and increase scientific and technological investment,and reduce the production cost of potato farmers.
