马铃薯新品种‘定薯7 号’的选育

Selection and Breeding of a New Potato Variety'Dingshu 7'

‘定薯7号’是定西市农业科学研究院以‘中德5号’为母本,‘青薯7号’为父本,通过有性杂交选育而成。2022年通过非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2022)620017。该品种为鲜薯食用品种,晚熟,生育期112 d左右。薯块短卵圆形,薯皮淡黄色,薯肉白色,芽眼浅,薯皮光滑。块茎干物质含量19.70 g/100 g,淀粉含量13.56%,维生素C含量10.20 mg/100 g,粗蛋白含量2.35 g/100 g,还原糖含量0.11 g/100 g。中抗晚疫病,抗卷叶病毒病。区域试验平均产量37575 kg/hm^(2),较对照‘陇薯6号’(27893 kg/hm^(2))增产34.70%。‘定薯7号’适宜在甘肃省干旱、半干旱及二阴地区种植。

’Dingshu 7’was bred through sexual cross breeding with’Zhongde 5’(female) and’Qingshu 7’(male) by the Dingxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The new variety was certificated as non-major crop variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in 2022,and the registration number is GPD potato(2022) 620017.The growth duration of’Dingshu 7’is about 112 days.It is late maturing and could be planted as table potato.It has short ovoid shape tubers,smooth skin,pale yellow skin,white flesh,and few shallow eyes.This variety has 19.70 g/100 g of dry matter,13.56%of starch,10.20 mg/100 g FW of vitamin C,2.35 g/100 g of crude protein,and0.11 g/100 g of reducing sugar.It is moderately resistant to late blight,and resistant to potato leafroll virus.The tuber yield is 37 575 kg/ha,increased by 34.70%compared with the control variety’Longshu 6’(27 893 kg/ha) in the regiona trial.’Dingshu 7’is suitable for planting in the arid,semi-arid area and the area of high altitude with cloudy,cool and humid climates in Gansu Province.
