依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的:分析依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月在我院治疗的脑梗死患者120例,使用随机数字表将患者随机分到对照组和观察组,每组60人。对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合丁苯酞治疗。治疗7 d为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的血液流变学指标和炎症因子的改变情况。结果:对照组治疗的总有效率为55.0%,低于观察组的86.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分、红细胞沉降率、血小板聚集率、全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α和C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的上述各项指标均低于对照组,两两比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合丁苯酞能够提高脑梗死治疗效果,可有效改善患者血液流变学状态,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on patients’hemorheology and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table,60 patients were divided into each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone combined with conventional treatment,the observation group was combined with Butylphthalide on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Two courses of treatment were consecutively performed,with 7 days as 1 course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,the changes of hemorheological indexes and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the control group was 55.0%,which was lower than that in the observation group(86.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the NIHSS scores,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,platelet aggregation rate,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,plasma fibrinogen,D-dimer,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein levels of were lower than before treatment.After treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide has definite clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction.It can effectively improve hemorheology and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worth of promoting.
