墨子职业教育思想视域下高职院校实践教育研究

Study on Practical Education of Higher Vocational Colleges in the New era from the Perspective of Mozi′s Vocational Education

职业院校作为培养经济社会亟需的高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,“办好新时代职业教育,服务技能型社会建设”是当下的核心任务。作为被学界尊称为我国实践职业教育第一人的墨子,其强调的崇义重技、以教行义、知行合一、全面发展、因材施教、创新实践等职业教育思想无不与职业院校徳技修身、知行合一理念相契合。在墨子职业教育视域下,强化新时代高职院校实践教育研究,能够很好促进传统职业教育文化的传承创新,坚定办好现代职业教育的文化自信,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才保障和技能支撑。

Marx emphasized that all social life is practical in nature.Vocational colleges,as the main position to train high-quality technical and skilled talents urgently needed by the economy and society,are now the core objective and task of"running vocational education in the new era well and serving the construction of the skill-based society".As the first person who practiced vocational education in China,Mozi′s vocational education ideas,such as valuing righteousness and technology,teaching and practicing righteousness,integrating knowledge and practice,comprehensive development,teaching students according to their aptitude,and innovative practice,all fit in with the concept of moral cultivation and integration of knowledge and practice in vocational colleges.In mozi vocational education under the horizon,strengthen practice education research in higher vocational colleges,new era will be able to well promote the innovation of traditional vocational education culture,determined to do well the culture of modern professional education of confidence,for the comprehensive construction socialism modernization country,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation′s provide powerful talents and skills to support the Chinese dream.
