墨子职业教育思想集“人文道德品质教育、科技创新能力教育、行业匠心素养教育”于一体,涉及教育目的、教育对象、教育理念、教育方法、技能培养多个方面,形成了墨子“人文·科技·工匠”“三位一体”职业教育思想体系,具有与先秦其他学派形差质异的独创性和独特性。墨子立足“士农工商”各阶层诉求,形成了以“兼士”为培养目标,以“兴利除弊”为职业发展的独树一帜的先秦职业教育。本文结合对墨家职业教育思想的“兴利除弊、重视生存技能培养”“以人为本、德育为先育人”“志功合一、重视实践创新”等独特性教育价值研究,传承墨子“三位一体”职业教育思想,弘扬中华民族工匠精神,创新培育新时代卓越匠心文化,培养高技能大国工匠人才,推进职业教育高质量发展。
