摘要
新型农业经营主体的发展对于我国粮食安全、共同富裕、确保产业链供应链稳定以及实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。乡村振兴战略实施以来,家庭农场、专业合作社、龙头企业等新型农业经营主体快速发展,生产经营和服务规模日益扩大,集约化、组织化和规范化程度明显提高,辐射和带动能力显著增强。新型农业经营主体在培育和发展过程中也面临着人才困境,涉及人才总量、学历层次、技能水平、人才结构和教育培训,应通过实施乡村人才振兴战略并采取有效的教育应对策略来化解,教育应对策略包括实施新型职业农民培育工程、分类培育现代农业带头人和完善涉农高级人才培养体系。
The development of new agricultural management entities is of great significance for China′s food security,common prosperity,ensuring the industrial and supply chain,and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,family farms,cooperatives,leading enterprises,and other new agricultural management entities have developed rapidly,the scale of operation and service has been expanded,the degree of intensification,organization,and standardization has been significantly improved,and the radiation and driving capabilities have been a marked enhancement.In the process of cultivation and development,new agricultural management entities are also faced with the dilemma of talents,which involves the total number of talents,educational background,skill level,talent structure,and education and training.This dilemma should be solved by implementing the rural talent revitalization strategy and effective educational strategies.The educational response strategies include implementing the new-type professional farmer cultivation project,cultivating modern agricultural leaders by classification,and improving the agriculture-related senior personnel training system.
