摘要
目的:为适应医疗机构进一步深化改革的要求,响应国务院对公立医院高质量发展的号召,建设高度信息化的智慧型药库,以降低运营成本、提高工作效率、提升管理水平。方法:以药品供应链系统为依托,应用JAVA语言和HTML5框架,形成高度集成的可视化智慧管理界面。结果:在与院内外各系统进行连接后,本平台获得了充分的基础信息,整合成可视化管理模块,提高了药品运营中心的质控水平,缓解了药品短缺情况,发挥了药师的工作积极性,为供应商的遴选与评价提供了充足依据。结论:基于药品供应链系统的可视化药事管理平台的成功实施,可为三级公立医院药品运营的智慧管理提供实例与帮助。
Objective:To establish a highly informationized intelligent medicine warehouse,in order to meet the requirements of medicare reform,respond to the call of high-quality development of public hospitals,reduce the cost and improve the management level.Methods:A highly integrated visualization system was established using JAVA and HTML5 based on the Supply,Processing and Distribution System of Medicines(SPD System)database.Results:After connecting to various systems,the SPD System has obtained sufficient data.The newly established Visualization System based on the data in SPD System helped with raising the quality control level,solving medicine shortages,improving work motivation and evaluating medicine suppliers.Conclusion:The successful implementation of the Visualization System in our medicine warehouse can help with the development of intelligent management in third-class public hospitals.
