要旨、诉求与路径:教师教育体系之建构——基于教育现代化视角

摘要 随着广东“新师范”建设的不断推进和教师教育领域困境的相继出现,构建高质量教师教育体系,创新人才培养模式,提升教师培养质量,满足区域基础教育发展对师范院校服务能力提升的现实需求,已成为当前教师教育体系建设迫切需要解决的问题。教育是积极发挥多元主体作用,通过联动,互相协同来进行有目的、有计划的一种育人活动,对转变封闭单一的师范生培养格局具有参考性,对统筹优化育人资源具有适应性,对实现人才培养质量的跨越式发展具有保障性。已有研究较少从教育现代化视域来分析教师教育体系问题,造成教师教育体系理论与实践出现断层现象。为此,研究从教育现代化视域对教育体系建设路径进行探索,分析教师教育体系建设的要旨阐释、现实诉求,研究认为,教师教育体系应以教育能力的充分发展为引领,采用“理念—逻辑—制度—方法”的实践路径,这对提升当前教师教育水平,建设特色鲜明的师范院校,提升师范院校对区域基础教育发展的服务能力具有重要意义,对促进基础教育高质量发展具有重要价值。 With the continuous promotion of the construction of"new normal education"in Guangdong and the emergence of difficulties in the field of teacher education,there arises an urgent need in the current teacher education system construction to solve problems such as how to build a new type of teacher education system,innovate talent training pattern,improve the quality of teacher training and meet the practical needs of the development of regional basic education for the improvement of the service ability of normal universities.Education is a kind of educational activity that actively plays the role of multiple subjects,and carries out purposeful and planned education activities through linkage and mutual cooperation.It is a reference for changing the closed and single training pattern of normal college students,an adaptation for the overall planning and optimization of educational resources,and a guarantee for the qualitative and quantitative leap forward development of talent training.Few studies have analyzed the problems of teacher education system from the perspective of educational modernization,resulting in the disconnection between the theory and practice of teacher education system.Therefore,through exploration from the perspective of educational modernization on the system construction path and analyses on its main idea interpretation and realistic demand,researches suggest that teacher education system should let the full development of education ability to take the lead,adopting the practice path of“idea,logic,system and method”.This is of great significance in raising the level of the current teachers’education,building normal colleges with distinctive characteristics and enhancing their service ability for the development of regional basic education.It is also of great value to promote the high-quality development of basic education.
