高校教师发展机构促进中小学教师专业发展影响探析

An Exploration of the Impact of Teacher Development Institutions in Colleges and Universities on Promoting the Professional Development of Primary and Middle School Teachers

摘要 高校教师发展机构以促进中小学教师专业能力成长为使命,不仅有必要设立,而且还应当根据自身运行方式和工作特点,汇聚教师教育体系多主体的优质教育资源,促进中小学教师专业发展。当前高校教师发展机构主要存在作为资源整合的平台作用不明显、培训培养实务性不强、协同育人机制缺乏创新等问题。基于上述问题,可以通过创新机制,整合各方优势资源、提升培训培养的专业化水平、拓展职前职后教师教育的联通渠道等优化策略促进中小学教师的专业发展。 Teacher development institutions in colleges and universities,with the mission of promoting the professional growth of primary and middle school teachers,not only need to be established,but also should,according to their own operation mode and work characteristics,bring together the quality educational resources of multiple entities in the teacher education system to promote the professional development of primary and middle school teachers.At present,teacher development institutions in colleges and universities mainly suffer from a lack of obvious role as a platform for resource integration,a lack of practicality in training and cultivation,and a lack of innovation in the mechanism of collaborative education.Based on the above problems,the professional development of primary and middle school teachers can be promoted through innovative mechanisms,integration of resources from various parties,enhancement of the professional level of training and cultivation,and expansion of the linkage channels of pre-and post-service teacher education.
