摘要
“新师范”发展为地方院校小学教育专业建设指明了方向。“新师范”是未来教师教育发展的理念和行动体系及动态发展的概念和推陈出新、多元开放和技术创新的师范教育。在“新师范”愿景下,小学教育专业必须突破专业建设理念困境和实践困境,面向需求与科学培养相统一的专业建设理念和价值取向,形成学科、专业、课程、师资协同发展的专业建设新格局,构建深度协同与技术赋能相结合的开放式教育形态,以促进其持续和高质量发展。
The development of"new normal education"points out the direction for the construction of primary education specialty in local colleges and universities."New normal education"is the concept and action system of the future teacher education development,the concept of dynamic development and the teacher education of innovation,pluralism,openness and technological innovation.Under the vision of"new normal education",primary education major must break through the dilemma of specialty construction concept and practice,integrate the specialty construction concept and value orientation of demand-oriented and scientific training,form a new pattern of specialty construction with the coordinated development of disciplines,specialties,courses and teachers,and build an open education form combining deep collaboration and technological empowerment,so as to promote its sustainable and high-quality development.
