政策演变下的卓越教师职前培养模式构建——以岭南师范学院卓越教师实验班为例

摘要 通过对我国卓越教师政策演变的脉络梳理,发现人才培养目标、师德养成内涵、教学改革举措、培养机制转变、师生共同体建设等方面存在较为明显的深化与转变。基于对我国卓越教师政策演变的总体分析及其关键特征,构建岭南师范学院卓越教师实验班的职前教育培养模式,主要从目标定位、育人体系、课程设置、创新应用等方面进行了探索,研究高素质专业化创新型未来卓越教师培养的逻辑起点、系统保障、基本载体与创新手段。 Through sorting out the evolution of the policy of excellent teachers in China,it is found that it has been significantly deepened and transformed in the aspects of talent training objectives,the connotation of cultivating teachers’ethics,teaching reform measures,the transformation of training mechanism,and the construction of teacher-student community.Based on the overall analysis of the evolution of China’s excellent teachers’policy,this paper constructs the pre-service education training mode of the excellent teachers’experimental class in Lingnan Normal University,mainly from the aspects of goal orientation,education system,curriculum,innovative application and so on.
