摘要
基于C-UGS模式分析发现,师范院校结对帮扶乡村学校是服务社会的功能体现,地方政府寻求师范院校帮扶是供给教育的职责表征,乡村学校接受师范院校帮扶是振兴教育的自我需求。三者协同共生,形成了师范院校与乡村学校结对帮扶的重要议题。“实践目的”“实践规范”“实践监督”“实践反馈”“典型试验”的纵向实践逻辑,规定了师范院校与乡村学校结对帮扶遵循合目的性的目标导向、坚持合程序性的活动规范、构建有效监测的执行监督、建立灵敏运行的信息反馈、开展前端装置的典型试验。师范院校与乡村学校结对帮扶的实践逻辑表明,构建结对帮扶愿景、推动三方协议签约、建立绩效激励体系以及设立结对帮扶试点,成为结对帮扶活动过程中的实践路径。
Based on the analysis of C-GUS mode,it is found that the pairing of normal colleges to help rural schools is the embodiment of the function of serving the society.The local government seeking the help of normal colleges is the representation of the responsibility of providing education and the rural schools receiving the help of normal colleges is the self-demand of revitalizing education.The synergy and symbiosis of the three forms an important issue of pairing assistance between normal colleges and rural schools.The vertical practice logic of"practice purpose","practice specification","practice supervision","practice feedback"and"typical test"stipulates that pairing assistance between normal colleges and rural schools should follow the goal orientation of the purpose,adhere to the activity specification of the procedure,build the implementation supervision of effective monitoring,establish the information feedback of sensitive operation,and carry out the typical test of the front-end device.The practical logic of pairing assistance between normal colleges and rural schools shows that building a vision of pairing assistance,promoting the signing of tripartite agreements,establishing a performance incentive system and setting up a pilot of pairing assistance have become the practical path in the process of pairing assistance activities.
