在严峻的就业形势下,教育工作者应构筑文化铸魂育人工作新路径,正确理解和深度剖析“以本为本”人才教育核心战略的内涵,在充分领会要义和主旨思想的前提下,进一步明确高校思想政治教育的“变”与“不变”。具体来讲,立德树人教育之宗旨“不变”,需以此为导向动态优化教学内容。基本的指导思想“不变”,要逐渐引进现代教育元素。根本任务“不变”,要适度地扩展和延伸思想政治教育空间。核心目标“不变”,但要构建多元化的教育教学模式。
