糖尿病足患者To-Tp间期与室性心律失常相关性研究

Correlation between To-Tp Interval and Ventricular Arrhythmia in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的 糖尿病足患者心电图To-Tp间期与室性心律失常相关性研究。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年6月上海中医药大学附属上海市中西医结合医院收治的156例糖尿病足患者进行研究,根据24 h动态心电图分析室性早搏数量,分为室性心动过速组35例,室性早搏>10 000次/24 h组6例、5 000~10 000次/24 h组5例、2 000~5 000次/24 h组15例、<2 000次/24 h组39例及无室性早搏组(对照组)56例,测量心电图Q-T、To-Tp间期并用Bazetts公式进行心率依赖的校正值为Q-Tc、To-Tpc,与室性心律失常进行相关性研究。结果 室性心律失常各组的Q-Tc、To-Tp、To-Tpc值与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Q-Tc、To-Tp、To-Tpc均与室性心律失常呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病足患者To-Tp间期与室性心律失常具有相关性,给临床糖尿病足患者提供重要参考依据。

Objective Correlation between ECG To-Tp interval and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 156 diabetic foot patients admitted to Shanghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected for research.They were divided into 35 cases of ventricular tachycardia group,premature ventricular contractions greater than 10 000 times/24 h group 6 cases,5 000-10 000 times/24 h group 5 cases,2 000-5000 times/24 h group 15 cases,less than 2 000 times/24 h group 39 cases and no ventricular premature beat group(control group) 56 cases according to the 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram analysis of the number of premature ventricular contractions,the Q-T and To-Tp intervals of the electrocardiogram were measured,and the Bazetts formula was used to perform the heart rate-dependent correction as Q-Tc and To-Tpc,and the correlation with ventricular arrhythmias was studied.Results The Q-Tc,To-Tp and To-Tpc values of each group of ventricular arrhythmia were compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Q-Tc,To-Tp and To-Tpc were all positively correlated with ventricular arrhythmia(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between To-Tp interval and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with diabetic foot,which provides an important reference for clinical diabetic foot patients.
