摘要 目的 探究并分析尿沉渣在早期糖尿病肾病检查中的鉴别诊断价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月福建省宁化县总医院收治的50例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,并选取同期的50例糖尿病患者作为对照组,采取两组患者血样及尿样,比较两组患者各指标差异。结果 两组患者SCr、SBUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者SCysC(1.36±0.21)mg/L、uα1-MG(30.21±8.42)mg/L、URBP(84.69±9.27)mg/L、UmALB/UCr(40.23±3.47)mg/gCr、PCX(31.16±7.17)ng/mL均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者URBP、SCysC检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者SCr、SBUN检出率、Uα1-MG、UmALB/UCr、PCX检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 尿沉渣分析可有效鉴别诊断早期糖尿病肾病,可为早期糖尿病肾病检查提供有力的参考依据。 Objective To explore and analyze the differential diagnosis value of urinary sediment in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Ninghua County General Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients with diabetes during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood samples and urine samples were taken from the two groups to comparing the differences of the indicators between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of SCr and SBUN between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,SCysC(1.36±0.21) mg/L,uα1-MG(30.21±8.42) mg/L,URBP(84.69±9.27) mg/L,UmALB/UCr(40.23±3.47)mg/gCr,PCX(31.16 ±7.17) ng/mL were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In the observation group,the detection rate of SCr,SBUN,Uα1-MG,UmALB/UCr and PCX were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine sediment analysis can effectively differentiate and diagnose early diabetic nephropathy,and can provide a strong reference for early diabetic nephropathy examination.
