护理风险管理对糖尿病骨折患者血糖控制及疾病康复的影响

Influence of Nursing Risk Management on Blood Glucose Control and Disease Recovery in Patients with Diabetic Fractures

目的 探讨护理风险管理对糖尿病骨折患者血糖控制及疾病康复的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年3月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的80例糖尿病骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予手术治疗,根据患者治疗期间护理方式不同分为对照组和研究组,各40例。其中对照组采用常规护理措施;研究组在对照组基础上加强护理风险管理。比较两组患者预后情况。结果 研究组护理前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组上述3项指标较本组治疗前相比均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后3项血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率5.00%低于对照组22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件总发生率7.50%低于对照组27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理前生活质量评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活质量各维度评分较本组护理前相比均有明显提高,且研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理风险管理的实施可有效降低糖尿病骨折患者的并发症发生率和护理不良事件的发生,改善其预后情况,提高生存质量,临床干预效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on blood glucose control and disease recovery in diabetic fracture patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic fractures admitted to 73rd Army Group Military Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and all patients received surgical treatment.According to the different nursing methods during the treatment,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing measures;the study group strengthened nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before nursing in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the above three indexes in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in the same group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and adverse nursing events in patients with diabetic fractures,improve their prognosis,improve the quality of life,and the clinical intervention effect is significant.
