分析行为护理模式对老年糖尿病患者住院期间服药依从性的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Behavioral Nursing Model on Medication Compliance in Elderly Diabetic Patients during Hospitalization

目的 分析应用行为护理模式干预老年糖尿病患者对其自我护理能力、服药依从性、生活质量、血糖水平的影响。方法 选取于2018年6月—2020年9月因糖尿病就诊于福建医科大学附属协和医院的40例老年患者,依照随机数余数分组法分为对照组(予以常规护理)与观察组(在对照组基础上予以行为护理),各20例。比较两组干预前后血糖水平、Morisky服药依从性问卷(Morisky Medication Adherence Questionnaire,MMAS-8)评分、自我护理能力量表(Self-Care Inventory,BI)评分、糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(Diabetes Quality of Life-Specific Scale,DSQL)评分。结果 干预后,观察组MMAS-8评分、BI评分较对照组高,DSQL评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用行为护理模式干预老年糖尿病患者有助于改善血糖水平,提高自我护理能力及服药依从性,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavioral nursing model intervention on self-care ability,medication compliance,quality of life and blood glucose level in elderly diabetic patients.Methods 40 elderly patients who were hospitalized in Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University due to diabetes from June 2018 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number remainder grouping method,they were divided into the control group(given routine care) and the observation group(given behavioral care on the basis of the control group),20cases in each.The blood glucose level,Morisky Medication Compliance(MMAS-8) score,Self-Care Ability Scale(BI) score,and Diabetes Quality of Life-specific Scale(DSQL) score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the MMAS-8 score and BI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the DSQL score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the glycosylated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying behavioral nursing model to intervene in elderly diabetic patients can help to improve blood glucose level,improve self-care ability and medication compliance,and improve quality of life.
