西格列汀/二甲双胍联合芪精丹兰汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型2型糖尿病的疗效及对患者胰岛功能的影响分析

Efficacy of Sitagliptin/Metformin Combined with Qijing Danlan Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Due to Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Accumulation and Its Effect on Pancreatic Islet Function

目的 探讨西格列汀/二甲双胍联合芪精丹兰汤治疗脾虚湿蕰型2型糖尿病的疗效及对患者胰岛功能的影响分析。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月厦门市中医院收治的70例脾虚湿蕴型2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受西格列汀联合芪精丹兰汤治疗,观察组接受二甲双胍联合芪精丹兰汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效、血糖指标、胰岛素功能指标、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率97.14%高于对照组77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.247,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.786、7.494、6.922,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前胰岛功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HOMA-β高于对照组,HOAM-IR、FINS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.498、12.880、28.389,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率8.57%低于对照组28.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.628,P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗脾虚湿蕴型2型糖尿病可采用西格列汀联合芪精丹兰汤治疗,能更好地改善机体胰岛素功能,将血糖控制在标准范围内,疗效理想。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of sitagliptin/metformin combined with Qijingdanlan decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus due to spleen deficiency and dampness and its influence on pancreatic islet function.Methods 70 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group received sitagliptin combined with Qijing Danlan Decoction,and the observation group received metformin combined with Qijing Danlan Decoction.The therapeutic efficacy,blood glucose indexes,insulin function indexes,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 97.14% higher than that of the control group 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.247,P0.05);HbA1 c,2 hPG and FPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.786,7.494,6.922,P0.05);after treatment,HOMA-β in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and HOAM-IR and FINS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.498,12.880,28.389,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.57% lower than that of the control group(28.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.628,_(P)<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes due to spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation can be treated with sitagliptin combined with Qijing Danlan decoction,which can better improve the body’s insulin function and control blood glucose within the standard range,with ideal curative effect.
