阿卡波糖配合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床药学分析

Clinical Pharmacy Analysis of Acarbose Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的 观察阿卡波糖配合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病治疗中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年3月—2021年9月齐齐哈尔市第二医院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采取二甲双胍治疗,观察组实施阿卡波糖结合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹及餐后2 h血糖比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和总胆固醇(TC)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病临床治疗期间,联合应用阿卡波糖与二甲双胍能够更好的控制患者血糖水平。

Objective To observe the effect of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the Second Hospital of Qiqihar city from March 2020 to September 2021 randomly selected and were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with acarbose combined with metformin,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and total cholesterol(TC) in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes,the combined application of acarbose and metformin can better control the blood glucose level of patients.
