摘要 目的 探究分析个体化整合式教育的应用对糖尿病自我授权能力及管理行为的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年10月张家港市第六人民医院收治的108例老年2型糖尿病患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各54例,对照组给予常规干预,观察组在此基础上加用个体化整合式教育,对比两组血糖变化、自我授权能力及管理行为的变化。结果 观察组干预后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后自我授权能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后吸烟、酗酒、暴饮暴食患者比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个体化整合式教育在糖尿病患者中的应用可有效地调节其血糖指标,促进提高其自我授权能力,同时还可改善其健康行为。 Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the application of individualized integrated education on diabetes self-empowerment and management behavior.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Zhangjiagang Sixth People’s Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given individualized and integrated education.The changes in blood glucose,self-empowerment and management behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-empowerment score in the observation group after the intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the proportion of patients with smoking,alcoholism and overeating in the observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized integrated education in diabetic patients can effectively regulate blood sugar indicators,promote their self-empowerment,and improve their health behaviors.
