人性化护理与常规护理对糖尿病合并尿毒症患者并发症发生率及生活质量的影响对比

Comparison of the Effects of Humanized Nursing and Routine Nursing on the Incidence of Complications and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes and Uremia

目的 研究分析人性化护理与常规护理对糖尿病合并尿毒症患者并发症发生率以及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月厦门大学附属第一医院接受治疗的80例糖尿病合并尿毒症患者为研究对象,按照随机原则分为对照组、研究组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予人性化护理,比较两组患者血糖水平、SF-36、KDTA评分和并发症情况。结果 干预后的研究组空腹、餐后2 h的血糖值显著低于对照组,SF-36、KDTA评分明显高于对照组,且透析后并发症的发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规护理相比,人性化护理对于糖尿病合并尿毒症患者有明显效果,可降低患者透析后并发症的发生率,改善患者的各项综合指标,提高患者护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing and routine nursing on the incidence of complications and quality of life in patients with diabetes and uremia.Met hods A total of 80 patients with diabetes and uremia who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given humanized nursing.The blood glucose levels,SF-36 and KDTA scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 and KDTA scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.The incidence of complications after dialysis was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,humanized nursing has obvious effect on diabetic patients with uremia,which can reduce the incidence of complications after dialysis,improve various comprehensive indicators of patients,improve patient nursing satisfaction,and improve patients’ quality of life.
