纠错式健康教育用于老年糖尿病患者健康指导中的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探究纠错式健康教育用于老年糖尿病患者健康指导中的效果。方法 研究将2020年1—11月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的108例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用随机方法分为对照组与观察组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在此基础上展开纠错式健康教育护理。对比两组知识掌握程度、血糖指标、自我效能、生活质量、护理满意度。结论 护理后,观察组合理饮食休息、病情认知、用药情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)改善情况要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我护理效能评分量表(ESCA)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对该患者实施纠错式健康教育有着良好效果,能够改善其血糖指标,提高患者知识掌握程度。 Objective To explore the effect of error-correcting health education in health guidance for elderly patients with diabetes.Methods The study took 108 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to November 2020 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given error-correcting health education and nursing on this basis.The knowledge mastery,blood glucose indicators,self-efficacy,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the reasonable diet and rest,disease awareness,medication in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care efficacy scale(ESCA) and quality of life scale(SF-36) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of error-correcting health education for this patient has a good effect,which can improve the blood glucose index and improve the patient’s knowledge.
