探讨通络益肾汤对糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Tongluo Yishen Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的 观察通络益肾汤对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者的临床疗效。方法 于2020年1-12月筛选于齐齐哈尔市中医医院接受治疗的82例DN患者为研究对象。随机抽签法进行分组,各41例。对照组以常规西药进行治疗,观察组联合使用通络益肾汤治疗。对比不同用药方案的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血糖及肾功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血糖和肾功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DN患者在常规西药治疗同时,联合使用通络益肾汤治疗,可提升疾病治疗整体效果,不但能够稳定控制血糖水平,同时还能促进肾脏功能改善。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Yishen Decoction on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods From January to December 2020,82 DN patients who were treated in Qiqihar Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were screened as research objects.Random lottery was used to divide into groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tongluo Yishen Decoction.Comparison of the therapeutic effects of different drug regimens.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);After treatment,the blood glucose and renal function indexes of the patients of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life score of patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Tongluo Yishen Decoction in the treatment of DN patients with conventional western medicine can improve the overall effect of disease treatment.It can not only stably control the blood sugar level,but also promote the improvement of renal function,and its clinical application value is significant.
