黄芪桂枝五物汤在糖尿病周围神经病变中的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者采取黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗的效果。方法 选择淮安市洪泽区中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机数字法将患者分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组患者以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分、神经传导速度。结果 治疗后,观察组患者腓总神经感觉传导速度、腓总神经运动传导速度、正中神经感觉传导速度及正中神经运动传导速度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中为患者采取黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,有利于改善患者神经功能,提升疾病治疗安全性,总体治疗有效率较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Huaian Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment method of the control group.The treatment efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life scores,and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the sensory conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve,the motor conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve,the sensory conduction velocity of the median nerve and the motor conduction velocity of the median nerve in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,taking Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for patients is beneficial to improve the neurological function of patients,improve the safety of disease treatment,and the overall treatment efficiency is high.
