军民融合深度发展在高校中的实践探索——以浙江海洋大学国防青年先锋连为例

On the Practice of Deep Development of Military and Civilian Integration in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of National Defense Youth Pioneer Company of Zhejiang Ocean University

习近平军民融合深度发展思想是伴随中国共产党和人民军队的成长而不断发展的关于正确处理军民关系的马克思主义中国化最新成果,已上升到国家战略的全新高度并由构想转入实质性实践阶段,其中科技、教育、人才将日益成为军民融合的重点。高校作为科技创新、教育教学、人才培育的高地,在新时代军民融合深度发展的实践中具有举足轻重的地位;同时,军民融合催生的生动的国防教育模式又丰富了“大思政”背景下高校思政教育的形式与内容。因此,探索高校在军民融合深度发展中的实践路径成为当下乃至未来各高校必须面对的重要课题。浙江海洋大学与部队共建,提出高校大学生征建用融合工作体系,为军民融合深度发展在高校的具体落实提供了经验。

Xi Jinping’s thought of deep development of military civilian integration is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist doctrines correctly dealing with the relationship between China and the PLA, which has been developing continuously along with the growth of the Communist Party of China and the people’s army. After rising to the new height of the national strategy and changing from conception to substantive practice, science and technology, education and talents have increasingly become the focus of integration.As the highland of scientific and technological innovation, education and teaching and talent cultivation, colleges and universities have an indispensable position in the practice of the in-depth development of military civilian integration in the new era. At the same time, the vivid national defense education mode promoted by the integration of military and civilian enriches the form and content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of “great course ideological and political education”.Therefore, the exploration of the practical path of colleges and universities in the in-depth development of military civilian integration has become an important topic that colleges and universities must face at present and even in the future. Zhejiang Ocean University and the army jointly have built a work system for the integration of college students’ recruitment, construction and employment, so as to sum up experience for the specific implementation of the in-depth development of military civilian integration in colleges and universities.
