摘要
本研究用所编制的大学生职业信念量表获取数据并进行多元统计分析,得出大学生群体求职过程中典型心理指标。研究中利用主成分分析共提取了5个特征值大于1的主成分,累计贡献率56.985%,所提取的信息可归纳成6个维度:人际支持、认知导向、信息渠道、备战技巧、决策评估和心态调整,共计22项影响因子。综合分析影响大学生职业信念的关键因素可以作为大学生职业生涯教育和就业指导的重要切入点,着力提升大学生职业生涯教育和就业指导的实际效果,积极引导大学生塑造理性的职业信念,不断提高就业能力。
This study obtains data and conducts a multivariate statistical analysis by adopting the career beliefs evaluation scale compiled for college students, concluding the typical index for college students’ psychology in the process of job hunting. In the research, we altogether extract the five major elements with their eigenvalues bigger than one by using principal component analysis. The result shows that the accumulative rate of contribution of the 5 principal components is 56.985%. The extracted data can be included as 6 dimensions in the course of job hunting: interpersonal support, cognitive orientation, information channels, preparation skills, decision-making evaluation and mentality adjustment, totalling 22 influencing factors. Synthetic analysis of the key factors influencing college students’ career beliefs can be regarded as an important entry point in the aspects of college students’ career education and careers guidance so that great efforts are made to promote the efficiency of both careers education and the careers guidance for the college students, actively directing the college students to shape rational career beliefs and constantly improving the employability.
