舟山新型职业农民数字化培育体系构建研究

On the Construction of New Professional Farmers’ Digital Educational System in Zhoushan

数字化发展是乡村振兴的战略性方向。本文通过追溯国内外新型职业农民培训研究现状和对舟山市开展新型职业农民数字化培育的SWOT分析,梳理出舟山新型职业农民数字化培育应具备的培育体系网格化、专项培育基地化、线上线下一体化、多元主体联动化等体系特征,继而从宏观环境、中观平台、微观资源三个横向视角论述新型职业农民数字化培育体系的构建,包括开发多渠道主次链接平台,分派主体开发不同类别课程,建设直播式、闯关式、案例式微课等动态视听资源等举措,从而有效满足新型职业农民数字化培育的在线数字资源要求。

Digitalization is one of the strategic orientations toward rural vitalization.The status quo of new professional farmers’ education and the SWOT analysis of farmers’ digital education in Zhoushan City enable us to make a conclusion that the digital education of new Zhoushan professional farmers is supposed to be characterized by a gridded educational system,specialized base practice,on-and-offline integration and multi-subjected linkage,and so on.On the basis of this,this paper elaborates on the construction of Zhoushan farmers’ digital educational system from such three perspectives as macro environment,meso platform and micro resources,including creating multi-channel digital links to the main learning platform,appointing different organizations to develop different training courses and developing dynamic audio-visual courses such as live-broadcast,break-through and case-analysis micro-courses,so as to effectively meet the demand for farmers’ digital educational resources.
