胶质母细胞瘤MR诊断的应用价值及准确性分析

Application Value and Accuracy Analysis of MR Diagnosis of Glioblastoma

目的:探讨胶质母细胞瘤MR诊断的应用价值及准确性。方法:选取2019年1月-2019年12月我院收治的胶质母细胞瘤患者65例,均经临床病理检查确诊,同时所有患者均接受MR诊断与CT诊断。比较两种检查方法检出率、分析病灶部位情况、各疾病类型检出率、阳性率、准确性、符合率、影像学情况。结果:MR检出率高于CT(P<0.05);MR检出各疾病类型多于CT(P<0.05);MR检出阳性率高于CT(P<0.05);MR准确性、符合率高于CT(P<0.05);CT与MR诊断的影像学结果各不相同。结论:胶质母细胞瘤诊断中,MR诊断结果较为准确,值得临床使用。

Objective:to investigate the application value and accuracy of MR in the diagnosis of glioblastoma.Methods:65 patients with glioblastoma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and confirmed by clinicopathological examination. At the same time, all patients received MR diagnosis and CT diagnosis. The detection rate of the two methods, the location of the lesion, the detection rate of each disease type, the positive rate, accuracy, coincidence rate and imaging condition were compared.Results:the detection rate of MR was higher than that of CT(P<0.05);the types of diseases detected by Mr were more than those of CT(P<0.05);the positive rate of MR was higher than that of CT(P<0.05);the accuracy and coincidence rate of MR were higher than CT(P<0.05);the imaging results of CT and MR were different.Conclusion:in the diagnosis of glioblastoma, MR diagnosis results are more accurate, worthy of clinical use.
