温馨助产联合产房舒适管理在初产妇围产期护理中的应用价值及对产程、舒适度的影响

Application value of warm midwifery combined with comfortable management of delivery room in perinatal care of primiparas and its influences on stages of labor and comfort level

目的 分析温馨助产联合产房舒适管理在初产妇围产期护理中的应用价值及对产程、舒适度的影响。方法 将2020年2月至2021年2月本院收治的100例初产妇按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行温馨助产联合产房舒适管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的第1产程、第2产程、第3产程及总产程短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道分娩占比高于对照组,剖宫产占比及会阴撕裂、产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。分娩时及分娩后2 h,观察组的舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 温馨助产联合产房舒适管理在初产妇围产期护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of warm midwifery combined with comfortable management of delivery room in perinatal care of primiparas and its influences on stages of labor and comfort level.Methods A total of100 primiparas admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received warm midwifery combined with comfortable management of delivery room on this basis.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).The proportion of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of cesarean section,and the incidences of perineal tear,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal intrauterine distress and neonatal pneumonia were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At delivery and 2 h after delivery,the comfort level score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The warm midwifery combined with comfortable management of delivery room applied in the perinatal care of primiparas has significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
