摘要 通过调研分析,当前职业学校实训教学主要存在以下几个问题:实训教学目标导向不确定;实训教学目标功能维度单一;实训项目未与时俱进贴近企业实践要求;实训教学评价重结果、轻过程。通过对当前职业学校实训现状调研发现,现状各异,各个学校走自己的路,未能形成统一的发展模式与版本,鼓励由职业学校人才培养模式较好的优秀团队牵头,走出一条创新学习模式,这样既有益于今后高技能人才培养模式,又能以此为典型,快速衍生至其他各类教学科目当中,带动整个行业快速、健康、良性发展。 Through the investigation and analysis of the current vocational school training teaching mainly exist the following problems:Practical training teaching goal orientation is uncertain;Single functional dimension of practical training teaching objectives;The training project does not keep pace with The Times and meet the practical requirements of the enterprise;The evaluation of practical training teaching focuses on results rather than process.Through the present situation of research about the present situation of the current vocational school training,each different,each school walk yourself's road,failed to form a unified development model and version,encouraged by the vocational school personnel training mode better team lead,out of a creative learning mode,both are good for high-skilled personnel training mode in the future,but also as a typical,It can be rapidly derived into other teaching subjects to promote the rapid,healthy and benign development of the whole industry.
