当前职业学校实训教学现状调研与思考

通过调研分析,当前职业学校实训教学主要存在以下几个问题:实训教学目标导向不确定;实训教学目标功能维度单一;实训项目未与时俱进贴近企业实践要求;实训教学评价重结果、轻过程。通过对当前职业学校实训现状调研发现,现状各异,各个学校走自己的路,未能形成统一的发展模式与版本,鼓励由职业学校人才培养模式较好的优秀团队牵头,走出一条创新学习模式,这样既有益于今后高技能人才培养模式,又能以此为典型,快速衍生至其他各类教学科目当中,带动整个行业快速、健康、良性发展。
