特利加压素导致低钠血症1例分析

Analysis of a Case of Hyponatremia Caused by Terlipressin

目的:提醒医师及临床药师应警惕特利加压素可能导致的低钠血症,并为低钠血症的处理提供参考。方法:对1例使用特利加压素后出现低钠血症的案例,采用“国家药品不良反应监测中心药品不良反应因果关系判断标准”和“诺氏评估量表”评价特利加压素导致低钠血症的关联性,并结合国内外相关文献进行讨论分析。结果:该例使用特利加压素导致低钠血症的关联性为“很可能”,可考虑该低钠血症为特利加压素引起。结论:特利加压素易引起低钠血症,使用该药期间应严密监测血钠,临床药师应加强对使用特利加压素患者的药学监护。

Objective:Remind physicians and clinical pharmacists to be alert to the possible hyponatremia caused by terlipressin,and provide references for the treatment of hyponatremia.Methods:Based on a case report of hyponatremia after the use of terlipressin,the"ADR Causality Criteria of National Center for ADR Monitoring,China" and "Naranjo’s assessmentscale" was used to evaluate the association of terlipressin-induced hyponatremia,and conduct discussion and analysis in conjunction with relevant domestic and foreign literature.Results:In this case,the association of terlipressin to hyponatremia is "probably",and it can be considered that the hyponatremia is caused by terlipressin.Conclusion:Terlipressin is prone to cause hyponatremia.During the use of this drug,blood sodium should be closely monitored,and clinical pharmacists should strengthen the pharmaceutical monitoring of patients using terlipressin.
