生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血40例效果分析

Effect of Shengxuebao Mixture Combined with Iron Polysaccharide Complex in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Iron Deficiency Anemia During Pregnancy

目的:分析生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物在妊娠期缺铁性贫血治疗中的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年10月赣州市妇幼保健院妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者80例,随机分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组进行多糖铁复合物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用生血宝合剂治疗。对比两组疗效、恢复情况、贫血指标、不良反应及生活满意度量表(SWLS)评分。结果:试验组总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组皮肤黏膜颜色恢复红润、精神状态恢复正常、食欲恢复正常时间均较短(P<0.05)。两组治疗后红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)水平、SWLS评分均较治疗前高,且试验组较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者采用生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物治疗效果显著,可提高铁元素吸收,提高机体造血功能,改善贫血指标,加快机体恢复,提高生活满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of shengxuebao mixture combined with iron polysaccharide complex in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods:80 iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy patients in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40).The control group was treated with iron polysaccharide complex,and the experimental group was treated with shengxuebao mixture under the condition of the control group.The curative effect,recovery,anemia index,adverse reaction and SWLS score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00% (38/40) higher than that of the control group 80.00% (32/40),the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion:Shengxuebao mixture combined with iron polysaccharide complex is effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy patients.It can improve the absorption of iron,improve the hematopoietic function,improve anemia indicators,accelerate the recovery of the body and improve life satisfaction.
