义务教育学校校长教育领导力发展的实践表征——基于云南边境民族地区尹校长的个案探察 被引量:1

Practical Representation of Educational Leadership Development of Principals in Compulsory Schools——A Case Study of Principal Yin of Yunnan Border Ethnic Areas

摘要 校长是学校变革的重要领导者,肩负引领学生全面发展、教师专业发展和学校发展的重任。从微观层面以云南边境民族地区义务教育学校一名校长为个案研究对象,探察校长领导力发展主要呈现出以自我赋能为基础,迈向卓越的教育领导者;以授权赋能为支撑,释放更广泛的智慧和力量;以愿景赋能为导向,构建共享共生的教育生态系统的实践表征,反映出校长教育领导力发展的实践表征与领导力提升路径的一致性。即通过“自我赋能—授权赋能—愿景赋能”使领导力成为组织实践互动历程中不断发挥影响的一种合力,这种影响是促进组织及其成员持久发展的关键,而且是较为全面和持续的。 As the leader of school reform,a principal shoulders the responsibility of leading the integrated development of students,the direction of professional development of teachers and school development. This paper takes the principal of the compulsory school in the Yunnan border national area as the individual case study object,and explores the practical representation of the development of the principal’s educational leadership from the micro level. It mainly presents the practical representation of educational leaders who rises to excellence based on self-empowerment;who releases wider wisdom and power sported by authorized empowerment;and who builds a shared and symbiotic education ecosystem oriented by vision empowerment. It reflects the path consistency of the practice representation of the principal’s educational leadership and the improvement of the principal’s educational leadership. Leadership becomes a composition of forces in the process of organizational practice interaction,through“self-empowerment-authorized empowerment-vision empowerment”. This influence is the key to the lasting development of the organization and its members,and is more comprehensive and continuous.
