摘要
滚珠丝杠具有高精度、阻力小、效率高等优点,是工业上常见的变回转运动为直线运动的执行机构。为使其充分结合液压系统功重比大的特点,提出了一种新型的液压-机械执行器系统,该系统在电动缸的基础上,采用液压马达替代电动机驱动滚珠丝杠,并推导出其数学模型。在多学科仿真软件SimulationX中建立了该系统的物理模型,对系统的闭环位置控制特性进行了仿真研究。结果表明:闭式泵控新型液压-机械执行器系统可以实现快速、准确、稳定的位置控制;当正弦信号的幅值为50 mm时,系统的带宽为0.52 Hz;系统具有良好的抗负载干扰能力。
Ball screw has the advantages of high precision,small resistance and high efficiency.It is the executive mechanism of changing rotary motion into linear motion commonly in industry.In order to fully combine the characteristics of large power-weight ratio of hydraulic system,a new hydraulic-mechanical actuator system is proposed.Based on the electric cylinder,the hydraulic motor is used to drive the ball screw instead of the motor,and its mathematical model is deduced.The physical model of the system is established in the multidisciplinary simulation software simulationX,and the closed-loop position control characteristics of the system are simulated.The results show that the new hydraulic-mechanical actuator system controlled by closed pump can achieve fast,accurate and stable position control.When the amplitude of sinusoidal signal is 50 mm,the bandwidth of the system is 0.52 Hz.The system has good anti-load interference ability.
