摘要
本试验以白绒山羊为受试对象,研究不同能量水平的饲料对其营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取体重相近、体况相近、健康的白绒山羊40只,按照随机分组原则,分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只白绒山羊。各组白绒山羊分为饲喂能量水平为9.55、10.02、10.50、11.07 MJ/kg的饲料。试验预饲期为7 d,正式试验为60 d。结果表明:饲料不同的能量水平对白绒山羊的磷的表观消化率未产生显著影响(P> 0.05)。10.02 MJ/kg组白绒山羊对干物质的表观消化率显著高于9.55 MJ/kg组(P <0.05),有比10.50 MJ/kg组、11.07 MJ/kg组提高的趋势(P> 0.05);10.02 MJ/kg组白绒山羊对粗蛋白的表观消化率显著高于11.07 MJ/kg组(P <0.05),有比9.55 MJ/kg组10.50 MJ/kg组提高的趋势(P> 0.05);10.02 MJ/kg组白绒山羊对中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著高于其他3个能量水平组(P<0.05);10.02 MJ/kg组白绒山羊对酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著高于9.55 MJ/kg组(P<0.05),有比10.50 MJ/kg组、11.07 MJ/kg组提高的趋势(P> 0.05)。研究表明,白绒山羊饲料的最适能量水平为10.02 MJ/kg。
In this experiment, white cashmere goats were taken as subjects to study the effect of different energy levels of feed on their apparent digestibility of nutrients. In the experiment, 40 healthy white cashmere goats with similar body weight and condition were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the principle of random grouping, with 5 replicates in each group and 2 white cashmere goats in each replicate. The white cashmere goats in each group were divided into feeds with energy levels of 9.55, 10.02, 10.50 and 11.07 MJ/kg. The pre feeding period of the trial was 7 days, and the formal trial was 60 days. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of phosphorus in white cashmere goats was not significantly affected by different energy levels of feed(P > 0.05);The apparent digestibility of dry matter of white cashmere goats in 10.02 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 9.55 MJ/kg group(P <0.05), which was higher than that in 10.50 MJ/kg group and 11.07 MJ/kg group(P > 0.05);The apparent digestibility of crude protein of white cashmere goats in 10.02 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 11.07 MJ/kg group(P <0.05), which was higher than that in 9.55 MJ/kg group and 10.50 MJ/kg group(P > 0.05);The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in 10.02 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in the other three energy level groups(P <0.05);The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in the 10.02 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in the 9.55 MJ/kg group(P <0.05), which was higher than that in the 10.50 MJ/kg group and 11.07 MJ/kg group(P > 0.05). The results showed that the optimum energy level of white cashmere goat feed was 10.02 MJ/kg.
