从春秋防疫探讨动物疫病防控影响因素及防控新思路

Discussion on the Influencing Factors of Animal Epidemic Prevention and Control and New Ideas of Prevention and Control From the Perspective of Spring and Autumn Epidemic Prevention

当前畜牧业在农业产业结构中占据较大的比重,畜牧业发展持续壮大,效益可观。禽畜流通较快发展,畜禽疫病还时有出现,极大地制约了养殖业的效益。疫病防控担负着多项民生问题,并与公共卫生有关。现如今,基于每一年春秋防对重大疫病推行了多项相关政策,如免费供苗及检测,基本防止了重大疾病的出现或蔓延。文章以春秋防疫为例,介绍疫病防控的主要因素,并探究防控新思路,推动畜牧业稳健发展。

At present, animal husbandry occupies a large proportion in the agricultural industrial structure, and the development of animal husbandry continues to grow, with considerable benefits. The circulation of livestock and poultry has developed rapidly,and livestock and poultry epidemics still occur from time to time, which has greatly restricted the efficiency of the breeding industry. Disease prevention and control is responsible for many livelihood issues and is related to public health. Now, based on the spring and autumn prevention every year, a number of relevant policies have been implemented for major epidemics, such as free vaccine supply and testing, which has basically prevented the emergence or spread of major diseases. Taking the spring and autumn epidemic prevention as an example, this paper introduces the main factors of epidemic prevention and control, and explores new ideas of prevention and control to promote the steady development of animal husbandry.
