国际体育活动干预近视研究的热点与前沿分析

Research Hotspots and Frontiers of Exercise for Myopia:An International Bibliometric Analysis

采用文献计量学研究方法和CiteSpace可视化分析工具,以定量和定性研究相结合的方式梳理和总结国际体育活动干预近视问题研究的现状、热点和前沿。进入21世纪以来,研究数量总体呈现逐年递增趋势;美国和中国的发文量最多,美国和英格兰在本领域发挥知识网络核心枢纽作用。中国台湾中山大学、美国俄亥俄州立大学、新加坡国立大学、北京首都医科大学以及澳大利亚国立大学的发文量位居前五位;研究主要集中在眼科学、普通内科以及公共环境和职业健康学科。儿童群体、户外活动以及身体活动等方面是研究热点,研究的前沿集中在儿童群体,包括青少年和学生群体;近视流行率以及发病率研究等也属于前沿主题。

This study uses bibliometric research methods and Citespace visual analysis tools to sort out and summarize the current status,hot spots,and frontiers of international sports intervention myopia research in a combination of quantitative and qualitative research.Research shows that since the beginning of the 21st century,the number of studies has generally shown an increasing trend year by year.The United States and China have the largest number of publications,and the United States and England play the role of the core hub of the knowledge network in this field.National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan,The Ohio State University,National University of Singapore,Beijing Capital Medical University,and Australian National University rank among the top five in terms of the amount of published papers.Research focuses on ophthalmology,general internal medicine,and public environmental and occupational health disciplines.Children's outdoor activities and physical activities are the research hotspots,and the research frontier focuses on children,including teenagers and students.Research on the prevalence and incidence of myopia is also a leading topic.
