紧急刹车辅助系统结构设计

摘要 装置主要为卡车设计,作用于车厢底部,通过下压摩擦组的辅助机构来进行紧急制动.摩擦组采用废弃的普通汽车轮胎进行挤压成型,通过挤压折叠废旧轮胎形成胎花状凹凸结构来增加外摩擦组摩擦系数,利用大摩擦因数保持与地面摩擦制动力来配合鼓刹的内部摩擦起到辅助制动作用,可提高卡车刹车效果,减少制动距离,延长车胎磨损周期,提高安全性.对该装置进行了控制原理的分析,以及结构的设计.对主要受力部件进行SolidWorks的simulation仿真,分析其所受应力和形变量,结果表明:基本可以达到设计要求. This device was mainly designed for trucks. The device acts on the bottom of the car and applies emergency braking by pressing down the friction group.The friction group was extruded from discarded ordinary car tires.The friction coefficient of the external friction group was increased by squeezing and folding the waste tire to form a flower-shaped concave and convex structure.Using large friction coefficient retention and ground friction braking force to cooperate with the internal friction of the drum brake to play an auxiliary braking role.The design can improve the truck braking effect,reduce the braking distance,prolong the tire wear cycle,improve safety.In this paper,the control principle of the device was analyzed and the structure was designed.The stress and shape variables of the main stressed parts were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results showed that it can basically meet the design requirements.
