温针灸疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节活动功能的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Blood Letting and Cupping on Pain and Shoulder Joint Activity Function in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的 探究温针灸疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节活动功能的影响。方法 选取2020年7月—2021年8月滕州市中心人民医院收治的100例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采取温针灸疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上联合刺络放血拔罐治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛情况及肩关节活动功能。结果 治疗后观察组临床有效率96.0%(48/50)优于对照组临床有效率66.0%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分及Constant-Murley评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.402、1.167、0.936、0.381、1.425,P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均有所下降,Constant-Murley评分均有所提升,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,Constant-Murley评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.710、6.234、8.561、5.585、11.550,P<0.05)。结论 相对于单一治疗,温针灸疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肩周炎患者临床效果较为显著,可有效降低患者关节疼痛程度,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with bloodletting and cupping therapy on pain and shoulder joint mobility in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 100 patients with frozen shoulder who were admitted to Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50) by random number table.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with pricking and bloodletting cupping on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain,and shoulder joint mobility before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%(48/50),which was better than that of the control group 66.0%(33/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and Constant-Murley score between the two groups(t=0.402,1.167,0.936,0.381,1.425,P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and the ConstantMurley score increased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Constant-Murley score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.710,6.234,8.561,5.585,11.550,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single treatment,the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with bloodletting and cupping for scapulohumeral periarthritis is more significant,which can effectively reduce the joint pain of patients,and has high promotion and application value.
