摘要
目的 探讨氟哌噻顿美利曲辛联合5-羟色胺3(5-hydroxytryptamine3,5-HT3)受体拮抗剂预防胃肠道肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)的疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年10月来北京京煤集团总医院就诊的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者60例,采用随机对照方法分为两组,对照组给予托烷司琼止吐,研究组在此基础上口服氟哌噻顿美利曲辛片,各30例。分析两组患者恶心呕吐发生情况,比较两组患者食欲改善、体质量变化、KPS评分变化。结果 研究组和对照组预防延迟期恶心有效率分别为83.3%、60.0%,预防呕吐有效率分别为80.0%、53.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.020、4.800,P<0.05)。研究组食欲改善有效率为26.7%,对照组为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论 氟哌噻顿美利曲辛可改善胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应,提高止吐疗效,改善患者食欲,耐受性好,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of flupenthiidon melitracen combined with serotonin(5-HT3) receptor antagonists in preventing nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors who came to Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given tropisetron for antiemetic,and the study group was given flupentiodon melitracen tablets orally on this basis,with 30 cases in each group.The occurrence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups was statistically analyzed,and the differences in appetite improvement,weight change and KPS score change were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rates of preventing delayed nausea in the study group and control group were 83.3% and 60.0%,respectively,and the effective rates of preventing vomiting were 80.0% and 53.3%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.020,4.800,P<0.05).The effective rate of appetite improvement was 26.7% in the study group and 6.67% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Flupenthiidon melitracen can improve the gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignant tumors,improve the antiemetic efficacy,improve the patient’s appetite,and have good tolerance,which is worthy of clinical application.
