社区中心空间是社区生活圈的核心空间,对社区生活圈质量具有重要影响。文章以南京玄武区为例,探索了社区中心空间类型分析与服务效益测度方法。研究结果显示,不同社区中心空间各具特色、优势和问题。该研究拓展了对社区生活圈的认识,对社区生活圈划定、体系建构和社区中心空间优化具有重要意义。

As the core of the community life circle,community center space has an important influence on the quality of community living circle.The paper proposes methods for its spatial typologies identification and service benefits measurement for corresponding area,with the case of Xuanwu district in Nanjing.The results show that different community center space has its characteristics,advantages and problems respectively.The research is helpful to expand the understanding of community life circle,and has significance for more scientific and reasonable planning for it.
