基于改进遗传算法的生活垃圾转运站选址问题 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国城市化进程的推进,城市生活垃圾处理问题的重要性日益凸显。城市老旧建成区环境质量低下、设施条件落后,因此在城市更新的过程中尤其需要考虑现有环卫设施的使用状况以及对其的增补。文章在规划阶段对老旧建成区现状数据进行定量分析,得出生活垃圾转运站的选址方案,为规划提供了数据支撑。算法方面,文章改进了双层遗传算法,并结合层次分析法完成了对垃圾转运站选址问题的求解。结果表明,采用改进后的遗传算法可以更有效地求解以城市更新为限制条件的垃圾转运站选址问题,而层次分析法与双层遗传算法的结合有助于综合考虑影响要素得到更优秀的垃圾转运站选址方案。 With the advancement of China’s urbanization process,the importance of municipal solid waste disposal has become increasingly prominent.The environmental quality of the old urban built-up areas is low and the facility conditions are backward.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to consider the usage status of existing sanitation facilities and their supplements in the process of urban renewal.This paper quantitatively analyzes the current data of the old urban built-up areas in the planning stage,and then draws the location selection plan of the domestic garbage transfer stations,which provides data support for the planning.In terms of algorithm,this paper improved the two-layer genetic algorithm,and combined with the analytic hierarchy process to solve the location problem of garbage transfer stations.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm can solve the garbage transfer station location problem with urban renewal as a constraint more effectively.In addition,the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the two-layer genetic algorithm helps to take the factors into consideration and obtain a better location selection plan for garbage transfer stations.
