雷氏萤和金边窗萤的生物学习性及饲养技术研究

摘要 【目的】研究并设计室内的水生和陆生萤火虫饲养装置,掌握不同生境萤火虫的生活史规律和生物学特性,以便于更好地保护和繁育萤火虫。【方法】在重庆师范大学昆虫研发创新基地的经济昆虫繁育室饲养雷氏萤(Aquatica leii)和金边窗萤(Pyrocoelia analis)两种不同生境的萤火虫,温度维持在25~30℃,连续饲养雷氏萤两代,记录每个生活史阶段的生物学特性并根据它们的生活史特点来设计和改进它们的饲养方法。【结果】成功饲养并繁殖了雷氏萤和金边窗萤,初步了解了雷氏萤和金边窗萤的生物学习性并建立室内规模化饲养技术体系。【结论】使用该饲养方法,雷氏萤火虫发育历期缩短,各阶段生长发育较好,可作为水生萤火虫的标准化的饲养程序,研究结果有助于对萤火虫的保护和利用。 [Purposes]Research and design indoor aquatic and terrestrial firefly breeding devices,master the life history and biological characteristics of fireflies in different habitats,so as to better protect and breed fireflies.[Methods]In the Economic Insect Breeding Room of the Insect Innovation Base of Chongqing Normal University,fireflies from two different living environment,Pyrocoelia analis and Aquatica leii,were kept at a temperature of 25~30℃.The A.leii were kept for two consecutive generations,and each life was recorded.The biological characteristics of the history stage and the design and improvement of their breeding methods according to their life history characteristics.[Findings]Successfully reared and reproduced A.leii and P.analis,preliminary understanding of the biological characteristics of A.leii and P.analis,and established an indoor large-scale breeding technology system.[Conclusions]Using this breeding method,the development period of A.leii fireflies is shortened,and the growth and development of each stage is better.It can be used as a standardized breeding program for aquatic fireflies.The research results are helpful to the protection and utilization of fireflies.
