清热利湿中药穴位贴敷神阙穴联合口服布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of shenque acupoint combined with oral saccharomyces braldii powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

目的:探讨清热利湿中药穴位贴敷神阙穴联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年8月收治的RVE患儿70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组口服蒙脱石散联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组给予清热利湿中药穴位贴敷神阙穴联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状及体征改善时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大便次数复常时间、大便性状复常时间、呕吐消失时间、退热时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热利湿中药穴位贴敷联合布拉氏酵母菌散能提高小儿RVE治疗效果,加快症状及体征消失,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of shenque acupoint combined with Saccharomyces braldii powder on rotavirus enteritis(RVE)in children.Methods:All 70 children with RVE admitted to hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 children in each group.The control group was treated with oral montmorillonite powder combined with Brassy yeast powder,while the observation group was treated with shenque point combined with Brassy yeast powder for 6 days.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of symptoms and signs and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of stool frequency,stool characteristics,vomiting disappearance time,fever reduction time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of heat-clearing and dampness-relieving Chinese medicine combined with saccharomyces braldii can improve the therapeutic effect of RVE in children,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and signs,and is safe and reliable.
