家属参与健康指导结合术后按摩对青光眼患者康复的影响

Influence of family members'participation in health guidance combined with postoperative massage on postoperative rehabilitation of glaucoma patients

目的:探讨家属参与健康指导结合术后按摩对青光眼患者康复的影响。方法:选择2019年6月—2021年1月收治的青光眼手术患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用家属参与健康指导结合术后按摩护理。比较两组疼痛程度、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后康复和眼压情况。结果:观察组护理3个月、6个月疼痛程度、SDS评分、SAS评分和眼压均低于对照组,手术成功率、功能型滤过泡形成率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院时间、并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在青光眼患者治疗过程中,家属参与健康指导结合术后按摩护理效果理想,可有效提升康复效果,降低患者的疼痛程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of family members'participation in health guidance combined with postoperative massage on postoperative rehabilitation of glaucoma patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with glaucoma surgery who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The pain level,SDS and SAS scores,postoperative rehabilitation and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain degree of the observation group at 3 and 6 months of nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group at 3 and 6 months of nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The formation rate of functional filtering bubbles was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in hospitalization time and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of glaucoma patients,family members'participation in health guidance combined with postoperative massage nursing has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect and reduce the pain degree of patients.
