红光治疗结合集束化延续护理在大隐静脉曲张微创术后的应用研究

Application of red light therapy combined with cluster continuous care in minimally invasive surgery for varicose great saphenous vein

目的:探讨红光治疗结合集束化延续护理在大隐静脉曲张微创术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年12月—2021年11月收治的大隐静脉曲张患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予红光治疗及集束化延续护理。比较两组患者护理安全感、自我效能、术后恢复情况及临床治疗满意度。结果:干预后,观察组患者的护理安全感得分和出院后自我效能得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的临床治疗有效率均为100%,但观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大隐静脉曲张微创术患者给予红光治疗结合集束化延续护理,能够有效加强患者的护理安全感,提高患者自我效能及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application of red light therapy combined with cluster continuous nursing in home nursing of patients with varicose great saphenous vein after minimally invasive surger.Methods:A total of 40 patients with varicose great saphenous vein admitted to hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,20 cases each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received red light therapy and cluster continuous nursing during hospitalization.Nursing security,self-efficacy,clinical treatment satisfaction,postoperative recovery effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of nursing security and self-efficacy after discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rates of both groups were 100%,but the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Red light therapy combined with cluster continuous nursing can effectively strengthen the sense of safety in home nursing,improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
