授权教育联合放松式心理护理对乳腺癌患者情绪和术后生活状态的影响 被引量:2

Effect of empowerment education combined with relaxing psychological nursing on perioperative pessimismand postoperative sexual life of breast cancer patients

摘要 目的:分析授权教育联合放松式心理护理对乳腺癌患者围术期情绪和术后生活状态的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年1月接受手术的乳腺癌患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予授权教育联合放松式心理护理。比较两组干预前后正负性情绪量表(PANAS)评分、术后半年内性生活恢复进程、女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分、欧洲生活质量协作组癌症核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评估结果。结果:干预后,两组正性情绪得分增加而负性情绪得分减少(P<0.05),观察组正性情绪得分明显高于对照组,而负性情绪得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后性生活恢复进程明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。术后半年,观察组FSFI各项评分及总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组整体生活质量、功能量表评分明显增加,而症状量表、单一症状条目评分明显减少(P<0.05),观察组整体生活质量、功能量表评分明显高于对照组,而症状量表、单一症状条目评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:授权教育联合放松式心理护理有助于缓解乳腺癌患者围术期悲观情绪,优化术后性生活状态,提高生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the effect of empowerment education combined with relaxing psychological nursing on perioperative pessimism and postoperative sexual life of breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty breast cancer patients who underwent operation in the hospital between January 2018 and January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received empowerment education combined with relaxing psychological nursing.The two groups were compared on the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)scores before and after the intervention,recovery of sexual life within six months after the intervention,the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI),and the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer QLQ-C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores.Results:After the intervention,the positive emotion scores of the two groups were increased while the negative emotion scores were reduced(P<0.05).The positive emotion scores of observation group were signifi-cantly higher and the negative emotion scores were significantly lower as compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,sexual life of the observation group recovered significantly faster thanthe control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the FSFI scores and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the overall quality of life and function scale scores of the two groups were significantly increased,while the symptom scale and single symptom scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The overall quality of life and function scale scores of the observation group were significantly higher,while the symptom scale and single symptom scores were significantly lower as compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment education combined with relaxing psychological nursing can help relieve perioperative pessimism,optimize postoperative sexual life,and improve quality of life of breast cancer patients.
